Shipping policy

 

We will process orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. We will Send you an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. After order is dispatched it will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

Order dispatch time 3 working days Monday to Friday.

Delivery time 2-4 days Monday to Friday.

Total Delivery Time 5 to 7 days.

Collection Option:

 After placing your order please email or Call us, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday and 9am - 5pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
